ZIUA MONDIALĂ A REFUGIAŢILOR ÎNTR-UN NOU FORMAT

După cum este bine cunoscut, în întreaga lume, 

începînd cu anul 2000, Ziua Mondiala a Refugiatilor este sărbătorită pe data de 20 iunie.

De fiecare dată, însă, în Moldova această zi este sărbătorită diferit. În anul curent evenimentul a fost marcat, între altele,  prin organizarea unui turneu de fotbal. Evenimentul a fost organizat şi iniţiat de către Centrul de Caritate pentru Refugiaţi (CCR) cu sprijinul Reprezentanţei UNHCR în Moldova, dar şi cu susţinerea direct a Ministerului Afacerilor Interne (MAI) din R.Moldova.

La competiţie au participat opt echipe reprezentînd: MAI, Ministerul Afacerilor Externe şi Integrării Europene, Ambasadele SUA şi a Marii Britanii, PNUD (Programul Naţiunilor Unite pentru Dezvoltare), UNHCR, OIM, Corporaţia Provocările Mileniului, precum şi o echipă formată din refugiaţi şi migranţi. 
Cu acest prilej, conducerea MAI s-a arătat foarte receptivă şi amabilă, oferind stadionul DINAMO din Chişinău pentru organizarea competiţiei, iar pentru comoditatea participanţilor, turneul a avut loc sîmbătă, 18 iunie, între orele 9.00 - 14.00. 

Competiţia afost deschisă de dl Dumitru Lipcanu, Administrator Programe/Finanţe UNHCR în Molodva, care a mulţumit tuturor pentru interesul arătat faţă de evenimentul în cauză şi a adresat cuvinte de încurajare pentru sportivi şi suporteri; mesaje de felicitare cu ocazia Zilei Mondiale a Refugiaţilor şi succese a adresat şi dna Ecaterina Silvestru, Şefa Direcţie Refugiaţi, Director adjunct al Biroului Migraţie şi Azil al MAI, precum şi reprezentantul Federaţiei de Fotbal din Moldova. Meciurile au fost jucate într-o atmosferă prietenoasă, iar echipele au fost premiate cu trofee pe care erau aplicate emblema UNHCR - 60 de ani.

După încheierea meciurilor, cupa mare a revenit echipei Serviciului Grăniceri, locul al doilea a fost ocupat de echipa Refugiaţilor şi a Migranţilor, iar locul al treilea a fost ocupat de fotbaliştii de la Ministerul Afacerilor Interne. La fel s-au acordat premii şi pentru cel mai bun portar şi cel mai bun atacant. 

De menţionat că suporterii au avut posibilitatea de a vizita şi expoziţia foto itinerantă cu portrete ale refugiaţilor în Moldova de Petrus Wijninga, ex-Reprezentant al UNHCR în Moldova. 
Cu această ocazie, echipa de la Centrul de Caritate pentru Refugiaţi, este recunoscătoare tuturor participanţilor la turneul de fotbal şi aduce sincere mulţumiri, pentru sprijinul acordat, dlui Peter Kessler, Reprezentantul UNHCR în Moldova, Ministerului Afacerilor Interne şi Federaţiei de Fotbal din Moldova în persoana preşedintelui Pavel Ciobanu.

Felicitări învingătorilor şi tuturor participanţilor la competiţia organizată cu ocazia Zilei Mondiale a Refugiaţilor şi rămînem cu speranţa că şi pe viitor ne vom bucura de o cooperare la fel de fructuoasă.

Всемирный день беженцев в новом формате

Как известно, во всём мире с 2000 года Всемирный день беженцев отмечается 20 июня. В Республике Молдова этот день каждый год отмечается по-разному. В 2011 году было решено провести празднование Дня Беженцев в виде футбольного турнира. Мероприятие было организовано по инициативе Центра Милосердия для Беженцев, при усиленной поддержке УВКБ ООН, а также Министерства Внутренних Дел Республики Молдова. В турнире участвовало восемь команд, представлявших МВД, МИД, Посольства США и Великобритании,  ПРООН (Программа развития ООН), УВКБ ООН, МОМ, Millennium Challenge Corporation, а также команда беженцев и мигрантов. МВД любезно предоставило для проведения матча стадион «Динамо» в Кишинёве. Для удобства участников турнир прошёл в субботу 18 июня с 9.00 до 14.00. Перед началом соревнования выступил с речью менеджер по вопросам финансирования и программам представительства УВКБ ООН г-н Думитру Липкану, г-жа Екатерина Силвестру, глава Управления по Делам Беженцев при Бюро по Миграции и Беженцам, а также представитель Федерации Футбола Республики Молдова. Игра проходила в тёплой, дружественной обстановке. Результатом турнира стала победа команды Пограничного Контроля, второе место заняла команда беженцев и мигрантов, а на третьем место расположилась команда МВД. Выигравшим командам были вручены кубки с эмблемой 60-ти летия УВКБ ООН, а также были отмечены лучший вратарь и бомбардир. Также, на площадке стадиона прошла выставка фотографий беженцев, сделанных Петрусом Вижнинга, и были выставлены работы беженцев. 

Центр Милосердия для Беженцев выражает особую благодарность всем участникам и организаторам турнира, в частности УВКБ ООН за усиленную поддержку в проведениии матча, а также МВД и Федерацию Футбола Молдовы в лице её президента Павла Чебану за всестороннюю помощь. Поздравляем победителей и всех участников мероприятия, и надеемся на их дальнейшее сотрудничество.

The World Refugee Day in a new format

For more than 20 years people all over the world celebrate the World Refugee Day on June 20. In the Republic of Moldova this day is celebrated every year differently. In 2011 it has been decided to hold a football tournament, dedicated to this day. This event was organized at the initiative of the Charity Center for Refugees, with strengthened support of UNHCR Moldova and the Ministry of Internal Affairs. Teams from various ministries, the diplomatic corps, including the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Embassies of the USA and Great Britain, UNDP, IOM, UNHCR, Border Agency, Millennium Challenge Corporation, the refugees and migrants, were invited to compete for a coveted trophy. The Ministry of Internal Affairs has kindly provided the Dinamo Stadium for the tournament. For the convenience of participants the tournament took place on Saturday, June 18, from 9 a.m. till 2 p.m. On the opening ceremony Mr.Dumitru Lipcanu, the Administrative/Programme Officer of UNHCR Moldova, Mrs. Ekaterina Silvestru, the director of the Refugee Directorate under the Bureau for Migration and Asylum, and the representative of Football Federation of Moldova addressed all those present congratulating them on the World Refugee Day and wishing good luck to all the participants. The atmosphere on the field during the tournament was very friendly.

The Border Agency team took the 1^st place on the tournament, it was followed by the team of refugees and migrants, who took the 2^nd place, and the winner of the 3rd place was the Ministry of Internal Affairs. The winners were awarded the Cups with the UNHCR anniversary emblem; the best goalkeeper and the goal-scorer were also prized. There also took place an exhibit of photos of the refugees made by Mr. Petrus Wijninga, and were exposed the art works of refugees. 

The Charity Center for Refugees expresses a special gratitude to all the participants and facilitators of the tournament, in particular the UNHCR Moldova for their strengthened support, as well as the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Football Federation of Moldova, namely its president Mr. Pavel Cebanu, for their contribution. We congratulate the winners and all the participants of the tournament, and we express hope for further cooperation in the future.
