Republica Moldova este gata să ofere un adăpost persoanelor vulnerabile (rom. eng.rus.)

CHIŞINĂU, Republica Moldova, 24 martie (UNHCR) – Pînă la sfîrşitul anunul 2011 circa 10 familii de refugiaţi şi beneficiari de protecţie umanitară în R.Moldova vor beneficia de spaţii locative care urmează să fie reconstruite în cadrul proiectului Integrarea Locală a refugiaţilor în Belarus, Moldova şi Ukraina finanţat de Uniunea Europeană, co-finanţat şi implimentat  de Înaltul Comisariat al Naţiunilor Unite pentru Refugiaţi (UNHCR) din Moldova .

În acest scop vor fi reconstrute fosta baie publică din comuna Mereni (Anenii Noi) şi o fostă grădiniţă pentru copii din comuna Rezeni (Ialoveni) pentru care vor fi alocate peste 75 000 euro.

Un element important al proiectului constă în faptul că refugiaţii vor avea posibilităţi reale de a se angaja în cîmpul muncii chiar în localităţile respective, iar copiii acestora vor frecventa grădiniţele şi şcolile de aici.

În sprijinul acestei iniţiative, cu adevărat importante pentru beneficiarii UNHCR, recent, în incinta Biroului Migraţie şi Azil din cadrul Ministerului Afacerior Interne, au fost semnate acordurile de colaborare între Reprezentanţa ICNUR în Moldova – dl Peter Kessler şi reprezentanţii Consiliilor locale în persoana Primarului de Mereni – dl Mihail Caragi şi Primarului de Rezeni – dl Ion Luchian.

Prin semnaraea actului de colaborare a fost dat startul unui an plin de activităţi comune legate de finisarea caselor pentru refugiaţi, fapt ce va facilita adevărata integrare a acestora în societatea locală, continuînd cu alte activităţi finanţate în cadrul aceluiaşi proiect: studierea limbii române, angajarea în cîmpul muncii, organizarea cursurilor de instruire profesională, etc.

La ceremonia de semnare a acordurilor au participat: dl Gheorghe Stamate Manager de proiect, Delegaţia UE în R.Moldova, dl Semion Terzioglo, Coordonator Naţional de Programe, Organizaţia Internaţională pentru Migraţie, John Wilson, Fondul Provocările Mileniului în Moldova (Millenium Chalenge Corpration), Simion Cotovici, primar de Hruşova, rnul Criuleni, dna Natalia Guma, Şef adjunct al Direcţiei Refugiaţi din cadrul Biroului Migraţie şi Azil şi dl Djavid Paknehad, Coordonator de proiect al ONG Centrul de Caritate pentru Refugiaţi.

Europa este un continent divers ce serveşte drept casă pentru mulţi oameni din lumea întreagă. Aşa cum Europa este noua casă pentru mulţi oameni din Africa, Asia, America Latină şi Orientul Mijlociu, la fel şi Republica Moldova este gata să ofere un adăpost persoanelor vulnerabile, care probabil au fost persecutate şi au suferit, dar care sunt dornici să locuiască într-o ţară tolerantă şi primitoare cum este Moldova, a menţionat dl Peter Kessler.

 

Primarii ambelor localităţi au fost imputerniciţi pentru semnarea acordurilor de către Consiliile locale. Ei sunt foarte bucurosi că anume localităţile lor au fost selectate pentru acest proiect. Ambele localităti au o experienţă anterioară bogată în implementarea proiectelor finanţate atît de UE, cît şi de alţi donatori internaţionali.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Moldova is ready to provide shelter for vulnerable people

CHISINAU, Moldova Republic, March 24 (UNHCR) - By the end of 2011 about 10 families of refugees and beneficiaries of humanitarian protection in Moldova will benefit of housing areas which follows to be rebuilt in the draft Local Integration of Refugees in Belarus, Moldova and Ukraine funded by the European Union, co-financed and implemented by the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) in Moldova.

For this purpose will be rebuilt  the former public bath  in the village Mereni (Anenii Noi) and a former kindergarten in the village Rezeni (Ialoveni), for both will  be allocated over 75 000.

An important element of the project lies in the fact that refugees will have the opportunities to engage in the labor market even in those localities, and their children will attend kindergartens and schools here.

In support of this initiative, truly important for UNHCR beneficiaries, recently, within the Bureau for Migration and Asylum in the Ministry of Internal Affair, cooperation agreements were signed between the UNHCR Representation in Moldova – Mr. Peter Kessler and representatives of local councils in the person of Mayor of Mereni - Mr. Mihail Caragi and Mayor of Rezeni – Mr. Ion Luchian.

By signing the collaboration act was given the start of a year of joint activities related to the finishing of houses for refugees, which will facilitate true integration into local society, continuing with other activities financed under the same project: studying the Romanian language, engaging in labor market, vocational training courses, etc..

At the agreement signing ceremony were attended: Mr.Gheorghe Stamate Project Manager, EU Delegation in Moldova, Mr.Semion Terzioglo,National Program Coordinator, International Organization for Migration,John Wilson, the Millennium Chalenge Corporation, Simion Cotovici, mayor of Hruşova,Criuleni, Ms. Natalia Guma,Deputy Head of the Refugee Directorate with in Bureau for Migration and Asylum and Mr Djavid Paknehad, Project Coordinator of the NGO Charity Center for Refugees.

Europe is a diverse continent, which serves as home to many people around the world.  As Europe is the new home for many people from Africa, Asia, Latin America and the Middle East, as well Moldova is ready to offer shelter to vulnerable persons who were persecuted and were suffering, but who are willing to live in a tolerant and welcoming country like Moldova, Mr. Peter Kessler said.

The Mayors of both localities have been empowered to sign agreements by local Councils. They are quite happy that their localities were selected for this project. Both localities have previous experience in implementing EU-funded projects, as well as other international donors.

Республика Молдова готова обеспечить кров обездоленным

КИШИНЕВ, Республика Молдова, 24 марта (УВКБ) – До конца 2011 года около 10 семей беженцев и лиц, пользующихся в Республике Молдова гуманитарной помощью, получат жилье, которое будет перестроено в ходе проекта «Местная интеграция беженцев в Беларуси, Молдове и Украине», финансируемого Европейским союзом и софинансируемого и внедряемого Представительством Управления верховного комиссара ООН по делам беженцев (УВКБ ООН) в Молдове.

В этих целях предполагается перестроить бывшую общественную баню в коммуне Мерень (район Анений Ной) и бывший детский сад в коммуне Резень (Яловенский район). На эти цели выделено свыше 75000 евро.

Важный элемент проекта заключается в том, что у беженцев будет фактическая возможность здесь же найти работу, а их дети смогут ходить в местные школу или детский сад.

Для поддержки этой по-настоящему инициативы, важной для тех, кто пользуется помощью со стороны УВКБ ООН, недавно в Бюро по миграции и беженцам Министерства внутренних дел, состоялось подписание соглашений о сотрудничестве между Представительством УВКБ ООН в Молдове в лице Питера Кесслера и представителей местных советов в лице примара ком. Мерень Михаила Караджи и примара ком. Резень Иона Лукиана.

Подписание документа о сотрудничестве означает старт целого года совместных мероприятий по завершению ремонта жилья для беженцев, что упростит их настоящую интеграцию в местное общество. В рамках этого же проекта финансируются и другие меры поддержки: изучение беженцами румынского языка, их трудоустройство, организация для них курсов профессиональной подготовки и т. д.

В церемонии подписания соглашений приняли участие: менеджер проектов в Делегации ЕС в РМ, Георге Стамате, национальный координатор программ в Международной организации по миграции Семен Терзиогло, представитель Фонда «Вызовы тысячелетия в Молдове» (Millenium Chalenge Corpration) Джон Уилсон, примар села Хрушова Криуленского района Семен Котович, заместитель начальника Управления по делам беженцев Бюро по миграции и беженцам Наталья Гума и координатор проектов в неправительственной организации «Центр милосердия для беженцев» Джавид Пакнехад.

«Европа – континент, отличающийся разнообразием. Европа дала приют многим людям со всей планеты. Как Европа стала новым домом для многих людей из Африки, Азии, Латинской Америки и Ближнего Востока, так и Республика Молдова готова предоставить кров обездоленным людям, на долю которых, по всей видимости, выпало немало страданий и гонений, и которым хочется жить в такой толерантной и гостеприимной стране, как Молдова», - отметил Питер Кесслер.

 Примары обеих коммун получили полномочия для подписания документов от местных советов. Они очень рады, что для реализации проекта были отобраны именно их населенные пункты. Обе коммуны уже накопили немалый опыт внедрения проектов, финансируемых как ЕС, так и другими международными донорами.
